westbank, audi finance. have been debiting me the VAP Premium Plus R179.63, What is this for?

You have made me sign REGENT(Msure) shortfall contract which debits separately and i still pay it to date, so what is this VAP Premium plus?

The REGENT(msure) bodyline contract expired and they sent me a letter, why have you continued to debit me even after this policy lapsed, and when i signed contracts for purchasing this car i have never signed an agreement to pay for bodyline maintenance but debit me R37.24.

You have been debiting me Tracker installment of R97.48 and this tracker contract of 3 years has expired(Matrix send expiry letter), then i purchased my own monthly tracker since then, but continue to debit me tracker installment. The tracker matrix tracker company called me in March 2020 claiming that i owe then since the were not receiving premiums since expiry month but yet you on the statement herein you continue to debit me.

All the above items are ********** and in contravention with contracts i signed when purchasing a car with you. Reverse all the amount debited ********ly to my account and send me a breakdown of such refund payable to me. I am very upset with how you treat your loyal customers. You have caused me to pay for 2 shortfalls and two trackers simultaneously and pay for bodyline which you told me is free and continue to even debit it when its policy lapsed, This is EVIL and the rest of the world will know about this if you don't resolve on time.

At the same time you always delay me from immediate benefit from all prime rate reductions.
