Auction of my vehicle by wesbank

I'm a Wesbank client who has been doing business with them for the previous 3 years. I got in a mutual contract to buy a car,which I have been paying for on a monthly basis and I accumulated interests that amount to R16 000 rands. On Thursday the 19th of July 2018, the sheriff of the court came to me at my workplace and lifted my vehicle without prior arrangement. Today I was told by Wesbank they have no deal with anymore and got a court to auction my car,even I pleaded to pay the interests due tomorrow the 25 July 2018. I believe as an honest law abiding citizen of South Africa Wesbank has unfairly treated my situation and careless about us ordinary people refusing to go into agreement with me to resolve the issue at hand. I'm so depressed and frustrated as I will be met with trouble to commute to work as the vehicle was the means of transport to get to work. Please Peter provide me with a feedback.
