Atrocious (lack of) service

I purchased a vehicle via private finance (from Wesbank to Wesbank) and took delivery thereof on the 4th of Feb.

The roadworthy certificate was emailed to Wesbank early on Monday the 7th of February, yet despite numerous phone calls and emails there's been no movement in this regard, with everyone just passing the buck whilst blaming a delay in the eNatis certificate process handled by their internal eNatis team (having to wait up to 15 working days for the document to be released?).

The proof of payment (once again from Wesbank, to Wesbank) was sent on the 3rd of February yet no one seems capable of resolving this matter. I'm the fool at risk in the interim, seeing that I have no proof of ownership for the vehicle besides the delivery receipt - who knows what traffic violations could've been conducted by the previous owner that I might be held liable for in the event of a roadblock etc.?

Needless to say that I've just emailed my banker at FNB's Private Wealth division in order to cancel and transfer everything over to Investec, seeing that Investec actually seems to care about the overall banking and purchasing experience of their clients instead of just being another number.
