Assistance with account
I am writing this with sad heart .I am great fully I was in contact with wesbank after being in arrears on my account after going through some financial difficulties and they were willing to assist. We agreed for me to pay a certain amount of percentage and will be notified of the balance. The repayment on the balance is not affordable and I did notify the consulted from the start, I did inform her that it is too much I cannot afford it . I do not know now who to contact for me to pay affordable repayment as i am over indebted and to get my installment reduced as I still need to provide for me family .I will be happy if I can get someone to assist me. Frustrated client.<br>
