Arrears due to cancellation of division.

After being financed by Wesbank I signed up with MotoVantage of which I believe is underwritten by Wesbank that makes it their division, I recently lodged a claim and was unhappy with the outcome. Upon cancellation my account is now in arrears of which I don’t understand how because I’ve never ever missed a payment.
