Arrears amount and incomplete sales agreement
I bought a vehicle on 26 September 2014 financed with West Bank. 2 months later I received a call from Motorite offering a motor plan for Polo Vivo 2023 hatchback. I was told by Motorite agent that they're partner with West Bank and I will only pay additional fee of R260.00 per month on top of my West Bank vehicle installment which I agreed, at the later stage I requested to cancel the Motorite policy only to find out I'll be paying R4000+ for motor plan cancelation fee which i was not told about wen I'm signing for policy because a motorite agent didn't explain and Westbank put my account into arrears which I'm still paying for them today. I contacted West Bank consultants explain to them regarding this issue and I also requested a call recording for that particular sale agreement and I was told it will be sent to me until today I haven't received any feedback from them. My issue is how can Westbank pay Motorite such amount without proper sales criteria coz I'm have arrears which I'm not aware and why Westbank approve improper sales deals at my expenses.
