Arranged Repossesion for 21 Oct gone bad due to unexpected pitch up by Sherrif department!!!!

With Regards to case nr 2046/2019, reposessed yesterday at my premises, which was only temporary stored at our premises due to no space at panel beater or where ever the car was and could not be driven back to Mooi Nooi area. It was stored there for a month, To help out a friend, whom's cousins car this was.

As far as my understanding was the owner of the car called wesbank and asked them to take it back. Arrangements was made that collection would have been done today 21 October 2020, this car was standing behind a locked gate.

The Sherrifs department pitched up yesterday 20 October 2020 around 5pm lady called Mfizi *** made a huge noise, hooting, screaming and threatening to break down our gate to get the car out. My son and **** were not aware that this was going to happen, and were actually treated very badly by these people. My **** cried yesterday when I got home and resigned.

Both of them are badly Traumatised with what happened, and I want to know how is wesbank going to compensate me on this matter, my son is only 12 years and he is busy with year end studies for upcoming exams next week and my very trustworthy ****, does not want to work for me any longer after yesterday.

As the innocent party in this case, that were going to provide keys to open the gate, for today and this car could have been taken in a very peaceful manner.

Wesbank need to give awnsers, because I need to fix something you broke due to your unproffesional services.
