Archaic reasoning & unreasonable withholding of VAT

Wesbank refuses to give a tax invoice for monies advanced through a VAT registered company on behalf of its' employee; this is ridiculous and actually hurting smaller businesses that pay in advance in order to reduce their income tax liability, while depending on the VAT saving to boost cashflow. SARS and the NCR should know about Goliath trampling small business. Pathetic service, and archaic reasoning for not granting a legal company to company request. Shows the companies policies and values to supporting SMME's.
