approved finance gets declined after I pull deposi

I AM IN THE PROCESS OF BUYING A NEW CAR . MY FINANCE WAS APPROVED IF I WOULD PAY A DEPOSIT . I MANAGED TO Get the deposit together and they changed their minds to decline my application . Now what I see as wrong is you dont give someone terms and then they ably with them and you change your mind !! I need someone to sort this out ASAP because the service so far has been horrible
