Approval of application and then decline
we did a online application for a car on Wesbank online and received a mail that the application was approved and needed to be activated at a dealer. After all our hopes got up we went to a dealer to get the finance activated. A day later we were phoned and told that the application was declined due ITC. On the online application they ask you to check the box that allows them to do a credit check before they approve or decline the online application. This is very bad from Wesbank and its unacceptable.
