Approval given for vehicle finance and now rejected.

This business does not understand the level of damage they cause to people who are genuinely needing assistance. How do you approve a deal and then reject it? How do u accept the amount given for a deposit and they reject it, then all of a sudden the money paid are not enough? The maximum the bank gave was R150000 at which after purchasing and we were informed to pay R23000 , which we payed. There seem to be new terms that keeps being added. We had to go make affidavit to state that the vehicle is not going to be used as a taxi. Prior that they wanted me to pay in additional R60000. In which currently as of yesterday afternoon when i informed them that i cannot make that payment they want 45000 extra. Now we are running around like headless chickens begging for our money back.
