Appauling service
I have recently tried and am still in the final processes of acquiring private vehicle finance from Wesbank. I am already a customer of 3 years with Wesbank with another vehicle, and decided to stick with them with my new acquisition. The entire ordeal to obtain finance has taken over 2 weeks, during which time the current owner has been using the vehicle. I have had to follow up through every step of the process, and was never contacted by Wesbank on their initiative. I finally thought we had finalised the matter on Friday, and that payment would be made to the seller. I was even told that this would be done, however in the end I was let down once more. This after the finance managers sent through the final paperwork to Wesbank on Wednesday at lunch time, and I had to constantly follow up with little reply from them until I spoke to management on Friday morning. Needless to say the current owner will be using the vehicle again throughout the weekend, and I have paid a R 30 000 deposit on Tuesday already, and am already paying insurance on the vehicle from Tuesday. Service at its absolute worst...
