Appalling Service from Wesbank

My car that I used for business ( Quantum) was repossessed on the 21 July 2022. By grace I managed to pay the settlement amount to get the car back on the 15 September 2022.

I went to fetch the car same day I paid the settlement amount. When I fetch the car , the security guard gave me a form to sign so that I collect the car. When I got to the car I noticed that Diff, Gearbox, all 4 tyres, 2nd seat and door handle of the sliding door is not the same.

I have been sent from one person to another and I am not getting assistance but I am asked to fetch the car. The car is a non-runner. I need to tow it, fix everything for it to be on the road again.

When the car was repossessed, it was on the road. 15 passengers have to be removed from the car for repossession to happen.

I am losing money on a paid-up car. It is more than a month since I settled the car and Westbank is not doing anything about this case. They are only sending me to the Ombudsman without doing investigation.
