I would like to say a huge thank you to Nthabiseng Ramonti at Wesbank Bloemfontein for her amazing service. I am from Cape Town and recently purchased a Toyota Fortuner for my wife - which we bought from Bloemfontein. This is the first time for me to purchase a car remotely, plus it has been several years since having vehicle finance - so we approached the finance deal with great care. Nthabiseng explained everything really well, kept me updated thoughout the process, structured the deal in a way that really suited our finances and even followed up after the sale to ensure we were happy. Wesbank has a real gem in their team - and I hope they reward her for being such a great customer focussed ambassador.
