Amazing Customer Service from Chairmane!

I called Wesbank and waited on hold for 40 minutes to request a cross border letter, which was very frustrating.

The experience was only redeemed by the efficient and helpful manner the agent Chairmane Khaisi who assisted me.

She was quick, and had a sense of humour and sorted out the request immediately.

We are sorted and can now continue on our trip.

She was awesome and a stellar example of what customer service should look like.
