Am still waiting for a call

I don't know why we are given the email address if we do not receive prompt responses. I sent an email to [Email Removed] asking to be giving a call by a consultant to assist me, I got an automated response that I will receive feedback in 48 hours, after a week I sent another follow up email still nothing and a week later another email no contact has been made to date its been Weeks can one of your competent consultants please call me my cell number is *** or *** my ID *** I have a huge query with my account and I need to be called asap
