Again poor service!!!

Good day,

I have had the most terrible service from Wesbank and title guard and I have spent over R500 on calls and R250 on travel fees to redo car inspections as per there request and still have no assistance. I bought an Opel Corsa privately. the car went in for the tests to make sure its road worthy and checked for all the rest. R4500 you are forced to pay Title guard for this. Because you are forced into warranty as well another R6000 in my case, you have to service your car at authorized dealers only. I took my car to GM not even 3 weeks after I bought the car and then it came out that my ignition coil pack needs replacing R6000 a seal on the CV joint needs replacing around R850 and rubber bushes are torn on the stabilizer bar another R3000 and I don’t even know if my warranty is valid without these repairs. I have been fighting with the following people from Wes bank (petunia, Marlize and Michelle Naidoo) and not one of them could see this event though after 3 months of fighting as someone is Liable however me as the client has been abandoned. I have begged them to keep me updated etc. and now it’s around 3 weeks later with not 1 call or email and only came back to me after posting my last review. they said to me that they are busy with general motors comparing the 2 stats of the cars condition however I drove to General motors and they confirmed no one had contacted them and also forwarded an email stating that Petunia did not read the emails they sent as you can get these reports from outlook. they forwarded that to me and I’m at the point where I don’t know what to do. I am so disappointed I took a chance to work with these people as I have been my whole life with ABSA. worst decision ever and will never use them again. either Title guard or Wes bank must pay for the false diagnostics but they won’t. they won’t even refund the R4500 I had to spend at Title guard. I can’t even sell my car in this condition and If I don’t pay they will auction my car and won’t get much in that condition either leaving me to pay the outstanding amount . This is literally being imprisoned. yes, there will be a short automated response again from Wes bank now on Hello Peter but don’t be fooled they will respond to the media nicely and continue abandoning me as a client. After I posted this ad Michelle came back with the same poor response as usual

Good day Mr. Keyser

We once again would like to sincere apologize for the delay with our response on your matter.

We are currently liaising with our Legal Department on a resolution to your complaint, we will revert back to you with a final outcome.

This was the last feedback from GM in regards to Petunia. They sent me this feedback as they wanted to help me though the presses and was keeping me informed as to the response from Wes bank. I have even phoned today and Marisa informed me that they have not had 1 call from Wes bank in regards to my case as Wes bank said that they were busy with General motors to compare the inspection reports.

From: Xhego, Petunia ********** /> Sent: 12 August 2016 07:41 AM
To: From: Xhego, Petunia ********** /> Sent: 12 August 2016 07:41 AM
To: Marisa
Subject: Not read: FW: - Vehicle Finance

Your message

To:
Subject: - Vehicle Finance
Sent: Friday, August 12, 2016 7:41:19 AM (UTC+02:00) Harare, Pretoria

was deleted without being read on Friday, August 12, 2016 7:41:16 AM (UTC+02:00) Harare, Pretoria.

Clearly a time frame isn’t required in my case!!

Kind regards,
