ADVICE ON HOW TO GET THROUGH TO WESTBANK

I need some advise on how to go about this the proper way. I lost my job in the first lockdown in 2020. I was able to find some work after the lockdown. This helped me with my expenses. One of them in particular is Westbank vehicle loan. I was in arrears. Westbank called me for payment which I reassured them, I will start paying them every month but would not be able to make an arrangement because I took on different jobs and once I get paid I will pay them. I paid Westbank sometimes weekly. At the end of the month payments made accumulated between R4 to R7000.00 a month. Recentlly I was disappointed to get a call from an outside company of Westbank even though I have been paying every month. I called Westbank they said its only procedure since I dont have an arrangement with them. I asked Josephine Komalo that I would not mind if Westbank called me instead of an outside company, which was agreed but ever since that agreement I am getting Westbank calling me everyday instead of 1 or 2 times in a month and if I do not answer they call me +-20 times in a day. I tried calling Josephine Komalo and its forever busy with another call. How does this make it right even when I am paying my arrears off to Westbank?
