Adjustment to my Premium Without Consent

I recently purchased a vehicle and took out Finance with Wesbank. After signing the deal I have the breakdown of my monthly premium, outstanding payment etc. However I have recently received an email that notifies me of a change in my monthly premium by an extra R95.00pm 3 weeks after the deal was signed.

I have not signed anything, not spoken to anyone and nor would I agree to pay anything extra every month and especially for the service they describe. It refers to the 12th of Jan whereby this was agreed upon, well I did not agree to any such terms on Friday so I challenge Wesbank for proof of this phantom contract.

I have sent an email to ********** however received no response since Saturday (13-Jan-2018). This whole incident causes unnecessary stress and anxiety on an already fast paced lifestyle we live in today. I am thinking twice about returning to Wesbank for any finance on a car.

I want this premium explained ASAP and CANCELLED immediately as I DO NOT agree to it. If Anything extra is debited from my account I will pursue the matter legally.

Reviewer Update
Wesbank has responded saying they have received my cancellation request. However it also says its only effective after 30 days. I would expect a call or some sort of apology but absolutely nothing. There is clearly no care in the world here. Furthermore they have not confirmed the debit order will not go through at the end of this month. I will not accept paying them a cent for something I did not sign up with.
