ADDITIONAL CHARGES
I have a Vehicle Finance accounts with WESBANK. As I make EFT payments, this is done a day or 2 later than the 20th of each month. The last account showed arrears of R 9.55 and WESBANK then charged R 163.73 additional for Collection Fees - no one contacted me to advise that they will be starting to do this (For R 9.00 / R 164 ?) This month the attitude is an additional R 215.00. How do you accept such service?
