activating an outstanding debt policy

Wesbank is just adding an outstanding debt policy on my account without having any outstanding debt with them. My payments are made regularly without any breach and they want to bully me to insure with holloard and now they want to bully me by adding R587 to my account without consulting me!!!!!! Wesbank and Hollard are BULLIES!!! When I returned the car I noticed that on the left hand front of the car just next to the light there was white paint and a very small (5mmX2mm) defect in the car's paintwork on the bumper. I discussed this with the Avis agent who said to me that this would be considered fairweather damage and there would be no charge associated with it. However, I would still need to sign to say the damage was new. I signed the document and I have now received a bill of R1131.00 for damage repair. This is no okay - had I been aware that the \fairweather\"" nature of the damage would be contested I would not have signed the document and I would have discussed with a senior member of staff. In addition the cost of the repair is more than the cost of hiring the car. """
