Hi, you have an employee that refused to give me a payment plan saying ‘The bank doesn’t owe you a payment plan’

This was in response to you guys not recording the car being written off which was reported to you over a year ago. She has completely subverted the CPA and created her own law.

Then your employee granted a payment plan 2 days later to a person who isn’t responsible for the account in any form or manner.

She is hiding the information from you. This is misappropriation of company policy and person decision making.

She is hiding her incompetence and her misuse of her position.

Is it against South African law to speak to someone who is not responsible for the account, as they have no agency over my actual person. How can you explain this? This is highly *******.
