Account showing wrong information

Hi, I am really not happy with your service lately. my account says am still in arrears even though i have brought my account up to date and this was six months ago already. worst part is this info is still against my name with some of the credit bureaus. i tried to contacted you guys several times and you all sound like you have no idea of what am talking about.<br> <br> Please lets sort out this, my life is stuck now because of you
