Account Settlement and Vehicle paper retrieval

My Story To Wesbank...<br> <br> First I bank with FNB and Wesbank is a division of FNB. Correct???<br> If I pay money from a FNB to FNB account the money will reflect in such a account immediately. Correct?? <br> So why does it take 2 days before the I can process the collection for my vehicle papers... Wait for it... then I was told it will take another 2 to 3 days for my papers to be ready for collection. So is the digital age we live in now it take longer to get your vehicle papers that it took a few years ago. I have been to the new fancy FNB/Wesbank building in Fairland. Massive building full of hundreds of people and it takes 5 days to get you vehicle papers after paying for you vehicle. I am not impress!!! Well I am leaving the country on Sunday 18 Oct. Hope I will have my papers by then.
