Account Settled, but still active
i was in accident and my car was a write off, the insurance settled the amount with wesbank and wesbank even refunded me for the installment they had deducted, the problem is now they have not closed off my account therefore it still shows on my credit profile, they told me it would take 2 weeks max and it has been almost 4 weeks now and i cannot even buy a car now due that.
