Abuse of the customers by Wes Bank

On the 17th of May my mother made a settlement payment and a Lady by the name of Charlet was helping us, she assured us that we would receive the books of the car and be paid bavk what the bank owes us. We paid more than what we owed . Now that we have made the full payment of what was remaining we have to chase Wes Bank and call day and night only to be told that this was not logged. This is such a bad bad service and abuse to us as customers. When we owe the bank you chase us now that we need our money you send me back and forth. It's been a week already
