7 weeks no payment

I have sold a vehicle to a new owner getting finance from Wesbank. Long story short, 4 forms, 1 letter, 3 documents, 1 roadworty certificate, 1 electrical certificate, 50 emails and 7 weeks later, I still don't have my money from Wesbank.

The final straw was 2 weeks after confirming that they have everything from me that they need, with numerous follow up emails sent, they now decided that there is yet another form that they require from me.

This is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable.

So what do I expect:
I expect to be contacted by Wesbank with an apology.
I expect the money to be paid into my account as soon as possible.
I expect backdated interest to be paid to me, on the money that they deliberately withheld as a result of their *********** staff who don't have the faintest idea what customer service is.

This is insane, and I cannot believe that businesses in SA can get away with this.
