This is the most lethargic and arduous purchase process I have ever undertaken with Wesbank. Their service has been largely nauseating, fraught with agents, 3rd parties and all other manner of bureaucratic processes. Expected calls are never returned. <br> Their approval processes of required documentation and other authentication methods are nonsensical and outdated and are cause for much confusion.
