24-hour response time is a LIE! Wesbank Private Vehicle Finance

I app**** with Wesbank Private Vehicle Finance on Mon, 6 January. I was approved and submitted the requested documentation before 9am the following day. I was told that I should be contact by a Marketer within 24-48 hours. It has since been more than 96 hours and I still have yet to received any form of communication. I have followed up 4 times since my documents were submitted and was told that LESEGO is my assigned Marketer. Upon my last two follow up calls, the associate confirmed with LESEGO who assured me that he will be sending the offer through shortly. Have I received the offer? No. Will I recommend Wesbank Private Vehicle Finance? Absolutely not!
