20 Days to close two settled accounts

I have been mailing and faxing proof of payments for my TWO loans ACCs ********** 5616 and ********** 5896 that has been settled in full, i requested CLOSURE of the settled accounts more than 12 times, i have been called after Facebook messages, and told it will auto close on the 5th of may, now its the 10th and it still states active and payment is due the first. Please help me and close these two accounts as i have settled the both in full and mailed the proof with settlement amount documents.
