WORST SERVICE EVER NO INE CALLS BACK AND STILL EAITING ON MY LETTER

In the 21 june 2021 I called regarding a query I have the lady said that they will get someone to call me back as they are busy... no call back on 21 June 2021. So I called on the 23 june 2021 again and again I was informed someone will call be back in my number ... to date no one has called me back. I paid my account tip to date December 2020 and I was told that I will receive a leet that my "red flag" / debt review will be removed off our names for myself and my husband... i found out that it has not been dine and i still haven't received my letter ??? To date... i paid R4,500 to have this cleared off our names and this is the service i get !!!! i want my money back or i will publish on ALL SOCIAL MEDIA what Credit Gateway has done to me
