Unauthorised credit enquiry on report
Credit Gateway, I have a credit enquiry on my report that was ran by you and yet I have no business nor even contacted you guys. I've actually never even heard of you. I see there’s a complaint running from 2021 till to date of credit gateway running credit checks on people’s credit report without their consent. As per POPIA Act I have to consent to my personal information being used. Remove the credit enquiry urgently, you’re in breach of the POPIA Act and other consumer rights I have .
