Refund
Had the worst experience ever. I settled my account on the 5th of July 2024 yet they still deducted on the 25th of July 2024. What's worse is when I asked for my refund, they said I will only get it on the 15th of August 2024. This is just not fair because the fault is on their side but now you have to be the one to struggle and wait so long to be refunded.
