I wouldn't recommend this company
Stay away from this company. Getting a paid up letter is impossible, getting your refund is impossible, getting good service in general. I'd never use this company again ever. I settled my account last month on the 20th of March 2026 and today is the 15th of March all the accounts that I settled the same time with welltec update on the bureau but welltec never updated. I requested a paid up letter and they kept giving me the wrong letter till today.

You can't provide me with a correct paid up letter! You can't update my account! You took my money even after I settled your account. WHY THE HELL DID I EVER USE THIS COMPANY 😡😡
