I was one of their clients two years ago, I was paying R309pm so that my name could be removed from the Debt review and ITC.After the last payment I asked whether I was going to get a Clearance certificate or not.I was told only after I paid all my accounts then I will. I paid off the account on the 4th October but all I get is a run around, given different numbers that I must call.
