credit enquiry on report

Credit Gateway, I have a credit enquiry on my report that was run by you and yet I have no business nor even contacted you guys. I see there’s a complaint running from 2021 till to date of credit gateway running credit checks on people’s credit report without consent. As per POPIA Act I have to consent to my personal information being used. The automated response you send after a complaint on hellopeter is nothing but a disguise for damage control. With credit laws evolving and people getting educated with these , we’ve learned that the very same companies offering to assist are the biggest ******** we must be careful of . Remove the credit enquiry, gateway you’re in breach of the POPIA Act and other consumer rights I have .
