A credit check was done on Experia credit bureau by Credit Gateway Financial services on the 14 November 2021 at 19H46. I have never dealt with them actually it's the first time hearing the name. When I call their agent's response was it was not them but someone used their platform to do it as they do not work until that time but it reflects on their system that the enquiry was done. And her manager is not available to account, this to me is croocks fishing on people's information and not taking accountability. And POPI act doesn't allow that.
