BAD SERVICE

I have app**** for a loan and i was approved on the 14th of December an agent by the name of AbigailM assisted me and she explained the t&c of the loan to me that after they settled both account i was owing for 2other companies i will then get the balance of the loan amount being paid to my bank account.i have been waiting since the 14th of December then when i followed up i was requested a statement as proof that i didn't get the money then she told me that on the 24th December i will definitely get that balance unfortunately I'm writting this review nt happy with the service I've got so far i feel that this company its not professional enough because i have to keep calling sending emails sending whats apps requesting feed back....I'm currently in the darkness as i don't what's really happening..I want to know when will i get the balance due to me and if they say it will be paid i need to know the accurate date and proof of payment must be sent to my email as well because i am tired of being **** to all the time...they will end up deducting my first instalment end of Jan while I'm still waiting for the balance due to me that's nt fair..at all.
