Bad service
I app**** for a consolidation loan and debt review withdrawal with credit gateway and I was told to send the settlement letters, I did send them the settlement letters on the 8th of December and on the 10th I did a follow up and apparently Itumeleng said they didn't receive my letter I had to resend them the same day (10 December) and they said they speed up the application. The following day the 11 December I called again for a follow up, Itumeleng said my application was declined due to affordability. Yet They registered the loan on my credit report with an amount of about R41000that I have to pay R1990 for 36 months whereas I didn't even get a cent from them.when I call to enquire about that situation their contact are not available and their agents do not pick up my calls. I don't know what to do now. I feel like they ****med meðŸ˜ðŸ˜.
