Weizter Kitchens

my Experience with Weitzer has been nothing but a nightmare. I am so sorry that I did not look up reviews on Weitzer before accepting their quotation. They gave me a Quotation of R800,000.00 for my kitchen and then discounted it to R500,000.00 also insisting that a deposit of R250,000.00 be paid up front to secure the enormous discount that they offered seems that this is how they entice to give them the order. I was called 3 days before installation and was told that balance of payment had to be made before installation could be done. My kitchen was installed 23 September 2017 minus doors which I was told the colour was incorrect and that they had to remake all the doors which would be installed after another 6 weeks. Well after numerous calls I was told they had a problem and that the materials for the doors had to be imported which would take longer. In the meantime I had a incomplete kitchen with no doors which is not hygienic, shelves got so dusty which meant I was always cleaning. My Doors finally arrived and was installed 5 months after the shell of the cupboards on the 23 February 2018. I then got a call from the installation manager asking how I liked my kitchen, well I exploded after waiting so long for my kitchen to be completed and nothing I could do as they had their payment in full has put such a damper on which should have been enjoyment of this kitchen I would never recommend using Weizter kitchens to any one.
