Terrible service and bad value for money
We had bedroom built-in cupboards manufactured and installed through Weizter Kitchens in June 2025. They have been fine up until 1 month ago, when we noticed that the centre cupboard above our tv has started drooping / warping. I contacted Weizter via WhatsApp, as I cannot seem to get hold of anyone at their phone number. I had 1 response immediately to say that they will come out to assess the problem the following week. I have since messaged and tried call again multiple times with no response, only blue ticks. We are now more 1 month without communication. I am exceptionally disappointed and feel let down and taken for a ride. Do not use them TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE AND EXPENSIVE!
