Poor post-sale service from Weitzer

Whilst I'm happy with the finished product, there were way too many glitches on workmanship and post-sale service: - different shades of colours were sent for the kitchen cupboard doors. This was picked up only after the installation was done. - some of the cupboards had scratches which had to then be replaced weeks after installation was supposed to be completed. - one of the side slab pieces fell off from the counter tops, damaging my washing machine and almost hurting my son who was standing close by. It took more than a week and half for the company to address this and call the installers back to reconnect the slab. Other glitches were caught on time, like some pieces being left behind by mistake at the warehouse which delayed project completion, as well as the installers almost drilling the wrong handles in some of the cupboard doors. We are planning to doing further renovations in our house and are now doubting if we'll use Weitzer again. I'm mostly disappointed at how all the issues were only addressed after I followed up each time on when the installers were coming.
