WeDoFibre - Highly Disappointing

My fibre has been down since the evening of 5 December 2023, I reported the problem on the company Whatsapp line and was told that technicians would be dispatched within 48 hours, it is now 14 days later and i still don't have internet access, the customer care agent asks the same question and gives the same excuse about technicians being dispatched to my address. Their service is terrible, I do not recommend them.
