Wedoall and courierit ****

I purchased a cooker hood from wedoall on the 30th of november, paid in full, they promised me delivery in 7 to 10 days after that, called them countless times, they made a lot of excuses, like load shedding, even after the load shedding package was still not delubered, i received a waybill msg finally from couriers company, Courierit, they still ddnt deliver my package from last week tuesday, now when i phone them, they tell me that the driver that had my package was hijacked, bunch of stories all the time. I would now like to be refunded since delivery is impossible. Wedoall and Courierit are ****** and ****ers, i would never recommend anyone buy from them. Now the drivers load was devided into other drivers loads, but he got hijacked.

I am happy to say that my item was delivered today, wedoall staff and owner made sure i got it, turns out the courier company are the ones who are ******, they were giving us, me and wedoall the run around. The owner of Wedoall called to apologize and made sure i received my item today. Thanx wedoall looking forward to doing business with you again. But only if you use a different courier company.

it is very said to call people or business ******** when you, in fact, have not been ****med the courier company was a high jacket and the stock was ****** from the vehicle time was needed to rearrange a new delivery and stock customers only read the word ******** and make assumptions .
