Complaint regarding service and refund
I am not impressed with this company at all. I first ordered an oven from them, and paid immediately via EFT, sending proof of payment. Thereafter, I had to follow up with them, as they forgot to process my payment, so delivery didn't take place. So that was the first issue. After receiving the oven I then ordered four extra baking trays. Firstly, they sent me the incorrect trays. I advised them and they said they would rectify the error and send the correct ones. Again, I received another set of incorrect trays. Once again, I informed them. Sometime after this, I was advised that they had no stock of the trays I required, but offered to make the trays for me. I agreed to this. However, when I eventually received the new trays, they were completely useless for baking. They were so incredibly heavy, I couldn't even hold one in one hand. They were rusted, and totally inappropriate for the purpose I needed them for. I again contacted them asking that they collect all the trays, and refund me the full amount of R699,96. In an email, they apologised, and assured me I would receive this amount of R699,96. After many requests, they finally collected all of the trays. I then contacted them again to remind them of the refund due to me. I received an amount of R599,96. When I queried this shortfall of R100,00 I was told the balance was shipping costs. I stated that their email clearly mentioned I would receive the full amount of R699,96. However, they now say that the shipping costs incurred by them were high, and therefore I will not receive the R100,00.

Excellent Service
Nick and his son Remos were so helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We urgently needed to buy a soft-serve ice-cream machine in time for the Easter weekend. Nick did the delivery himself to our location in North West, set up the machine and trained our staff to use it. I highly recommend this company. Regards Glenda
