Terrible service and false advertising!
On 5 March 2020, I ordered online 25kg Siliphos Antiscalant/Watersoftner ***** as per their website. When the parcel arrived it was only a 20kg bag. I phoned their office several times and they kept on telling me they would come back to me. It is today 18 August, 5 months later and I have had no reply. Absolute terrible service and false advertising! I want a refund!

you complained you only received 20 kg 3 days later.
to keep good faith we refunded you the 5 kg to the value of the product
