Poor Service - ********

I purchased and paid in full from We Do All also trading as Arctica Refrigeration & Catering equipment Trading, for a gas geyser on 19 September 2019. I followed up on the order on 23rd, I was informed the parcel will be picked up by the courier from their Cape Town warehouse on Wednesday 25th after which I will receive weigh-bill information. the story changes from Cape town warehouse to Johannesburg depot but still no weigh-bill information. it is now 21 days since they have my money still no purchased item.

I have finally received my purchased item and am happy with the quality. While I irrevocably withdraw calling them ********, their service is still poor.

15/10/19 it was deliverd
09/10/19 you slander 2 x cc wedoall and arctica wich are 2 separate business
you will be hearing from my lawyers in due cause
you received your item and did not correct you statment only unit i confronted you
