I ordered a 4 Division Bain Marie from WeDoAll, which was a product from a reputable supplier. When I filled it with water today there was a leak!!! I sent an email through to there office with all the details. I explained that my New Ghost Kitchen was opening tomorrow & really needed it to be replaced. An hour later the Owner phoned me & said he was on his way to Standerton from Pretoria with a replacement which he installed tested & made sure it was 100%. Now that is excellent service. Many Thanks to Nick & His Wife who made the effort to assist me with the replacement. I have ordered all my Kitchen Equipment from them & would recommend them anytime.
