BAD SERVICE AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION

The level of service and communication with WEDOALL its beyond minus zero. i order 2 x Plastic Double Bucket & Wringer 2 X 25 Lt( Plastic Frame) PBW0002 with them on the 28th October, thursday 2020, the following order was confirmed with estimation of getting my order by Monday the 2nd or Tuesday the 3rd of November 2020. Pass those dates i did a follow up on the 5th, i was told my order was suppose to be delivered to Pretoria west branch on the 4th which it was never delivered. Still no communication what so ever regarding my order, did another follow up on the 11th, only then i was told my order has arrived i can pick it up, when i get there the order was wrong, Then promise to get the following day which was the 12th nov 2020 same thing no communication. Only when i called Sanet on friday the 13th she then said they will refund me as they do not have what i have ordered. i did sent through bank details for refund same Friday, till today its Wednesday the 18th no refund no communication. Im an upcoming entrepreneur who just signed up my 1st client, with the mess im getting from WEDOALL regarding equipment that i needed they are jeopardizing my business. level of service and communication is very very very Bad
