Bad service

Very bad service sending emails about our wifi that we pay for doesn't work most of the time. For 3 months nou we have wifi for a few minutes then ists off again they checked from their side and checked again and still not workin they phoned me once to arrange a date to come see the setup at home. I couldn't answer the phone whilst I was busy coaching learners and never again they tried contacting me again. In this case we canceled the subscriptions with them and give our month notice since then the wifi is worse.
